OUR APPROACH<\/p>

What is the SindioNation<\/em> Way? Within the framework of our philosophy, our aim is the further development of soccer in the sense of a vision that brings together technical, mental, emotional and group dynamic factors. Our methodology can be summed up in five points:<\/p>

STYLE OF PLAY<\/p>

Remain in possession of the ball; Ability to keep calm. Emphasis on personal initiative and dedication to teamwork.<\/p>

TECHNICAL SKILLS<\/p>

Individual and group skills are taught in exercises that emphasize the principles of “Sindio” during the week.<\/p>

TACTICAL SKILLS<\/p>

Teaching is based on individual and group situations, positional games, ball possession and themed games.<\/p>

MENTAL FACTOR<\/p>

Train the individual to make effective decisions in match situations. In other words, the development of the decision-making process is crucial for the best possible adaptation to game situations. Develop their speed of thought to adapt to changing tactical and technical scenarios.<\/p>

EMOTIONAL AND SOCIAL FACTOR<\/p>
